Your mission

As a  Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager you really burns for User Experience and an ideal customer journey. Therefore, your overall goal is to boost the Conversion Rate of Eurowings to the next level while working closely together with all relevant interfaces and touchpoints (e.g. UI/UX, Development, Product Owner) of the organziation. 

Your tasks

  • You take the overall responsibility for the execution of conversion experiments across all Eurowings‘ web platforms with the aim to increase the number of lead conversions and filling our sales funnel.
  • The development of customer-centric test concepts for conversion rate optimization is your daily challenge.
  • Watch over CRO processes, analytics tools, tasks, and A/B testing to initiate actions and ensure freedom from errors, omissions, or quality problems.
  • With your analytical mindset, you will create regular reports and analyses to monitor our sales funnel performance. Drawing recommendations for action from the insights generated are a question of honor for you.
  • To create first-class concepts from the hypothesis, you will be working closely with colleagues from different teams (e.g. design, product, and user experience).
  • With your can-do attitude and profound experience, you are in charge of establishing agile CRO-processes at Eurowings.
  • With your power to convince others, you are in charge of creating an open and experimenting work environment.
  • Identifying and testing new technologies and practices are part of your daily CRO mission.

Your Profile

  • You have at least 4 years of relevant work experience in conversion optimization and in optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • You are experienced and knowledgeable with CRO tools to set up, launch, and develop A/B tests (e.g. Optimizely or Adobe Target) as well as with research tools (e.g. Hotjar or Usabilla).
  • Your hands-on mentality paired with your very solid technical understanding of how to create web pages makes you successful in this role.
  • Your statistical mind is your superpower and will help you to proactively develop new hypotheses.
  • You have a strong grasp of ROI with an analytical mind to mine data for insights.
  • You are experienced and knowledgeable about CRO tools. This includes the setup, launch, and development of A/B tests.
  • You have experience with multi-channel media campaigns including working knowledge of paid search testing, ad text, and landing pages.
  • Your strong communication skills and team player mindset help you to manage different stakeholders within the organization.
  • You are experienced with different web analytics and understand best practices for UI and UX.
  • Ideally, you know how the aviation and/or travel industry ticks.
